ACE Wine Dinner

This year's Wine Dinner was a special celebration of our 80th anniversary

Who would have thought we would be marking the 80th anniversary of a catering industry networking group that first started in 1937. That's quite an achievement!

The Wine Dinner on Friday 24th February reflected our celebratory mood, with some very special guests including celebrity chefs, Michel Roux Jr. and Adam Handling. The champagne and wine was flowing at the fabulous five star Langham Hotel, and our chosen charity, Wiggly Worm was there to receive their cheque, thanks to all the donations from our generous members and friends.

In January, Adam kindly agreed to be Chef Patron for ACE, and was a guest at our popular Wine Dinner. Read about his appointment in The Caterer (click here).

The menu for the Wine Dinner was prepared by Executive Chef Chris King.

Chris works with Michel Roux Jr. to deliver all of the foodservice at The Langham and we were delighted that Michel joined us. It was a truly special night. Have a look through the here.
