As a qualified Environmental Health Officer, Shirley has been responsible for the sustainability credentials of 3663 for many years and has witnessed the growing awareness and commitment to corporate social responsibility within the hospitality industry.

Having recently reviewed the approach to sustainability within 3663 and obtained the agreement of the Board to a revitalised Sustainability Plan, it is with great excitement and pleasure that Shirley accepts the opportunity to participate in the ACE Sustains Awards process for 2014.

She brings an extensive knowledge of sound sustainability principles relating to environmental management, community engagement, sustainable product and people engagement and will be able to provide a professional insight into the benefits of sustainability within the foodservice sector.
