Stephanie Hamilton is Managing Director of ISS Food and Hospitality and previously served as its Head of Operations working alongside the previous Managing Director Andy Chappell to enhance the Food and Hospitality business and strengthen its food credentials.

Stephanie has worked in the catering industry for over 28 years, starting work in hotels and restaurants whilst qualifying in Hotel Management. Having worked as a wedding and function co ordinator, Stephanie has attended many weddings and now has a serious wedding cake addiction!

After leaving the hotel and restaurant industry, Stephanie joined the contract catering industry working for the Catering Guild, Brian Smith Catering and then moving on to Sutcliffe Catering, Hopkinson Catering, Graysons Restaurants and Aramark, before finding her home at ISS.

A passionate foodie with an obsession for attention to detail, her passion for the food industry and more specifically for supporting people into the food industry has been recognised most recently as the 2014 Women 1st Shine Awards, Mentor of the Year and FSM Senior Executive of the Year 2015.
