Claire has worked within the commercial catering and hospitality design sector since 1997, starting her career as an administrator and project estimator at a midlands based kitchen design house before progressing into sales 18 months later.

In 2003 she joined Catering Design Group as a Project Consultant, where she was responsible for managing key accounts within the food service sector where she remained until 2011.

After a 4 year period working for another design agency, Claire returned to CDG as Business Development Director in July 2015, responsible for new business, marketing and PR. CDG are one of UK’s leading restaurant and commercial catering design companies, offering a full design service to clients throughout the hospitality, retail, leisure and education sectors. Recent projects include Bonfire at The Barbican, Blenheim Palace, Lloyds of London and The Royal College of General Practitioners.
